1. Who We Are
Sang Lucci Trading LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company, operates this website and the Centaur software. Contact: support@sangluccitrading.com.
2. Information We Collect on This Website
- Information you send us. If you contact us by email (for example, an access request), we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and site operation.
This website does not require an account, does not include payment processing, and does not sell advertising.
3. Information Collected by the Centaur Software
For licensed users of the software, we collect only:
- Trade history generated while using the software: symbol, side, quantity, fill price, timestamps, and profit/loss;
- Stop levels configured and whether they triggered, and session activity dates;
- License validation data: license key and a hardware identifier, used solely for authentication;
- Anonymous software usage patterns used to improve the product.
We never collect: DAS Trader Pro usernames or passwords, broker account numbers, tax identification numbers, or real-time market data feeds. Trading platform credentials never leave the user's machine.
4. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries and process access requests;
- To display each user's own trading analytics back to them within the software;
- To operate license validation and prevent unauthorized use;
- To improve the software using anonymized, aggregated data.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share individual trade data with other users or third parties, except service providers who host our infrastructure under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
5. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest, and all transmission between the software and our servers uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Access is limited to authorized Company personnel.
6. Data Retention
Software trade-history data is retained for three (3) years from collection. Upon license termination, data is retained for ninety (90) days, during which an export may be requested, after which it is permanently deleted. Website email correspondence is retained as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for reasonable record-keeping.
7. Your Rights
You may at any time request: a copy of the data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, or permanent deletion of your data. Send requests to support@sangluccitrading.com; we respond within thirty (30) days.
8. Children
This website and the software are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with an updated date. Material changes affecting licensed software users will also be communicated through our member channels.
